I’m a healthcare product leader who works comfortably in complexity—from payer and clinical technology to digital health, pharmacy, AI, and enterprise platforms.
I lead product strategy, portfolios, and teams from ambiguous problems through execution and measurable outcomes. My work spans personalization, AI, platform capabilities, data, behavior change, and customer experience.
I’m especially interested in the problems without clean answers: how to personalize without being creepy, where AI actually makes a product better, how to design for diverse populations, and how to build systems people can trust in regulated environments.
How I Think About Product
Good product organizations create a clear line from business goals to customer problems to product strategy to what gets built — and ultimately to measurable outcomes.

Technology, AI, roadmaps, and features come later. The first job is understanding whose problem we're solving, why it matters, and what outcome should change.

A roadmap isn't a strategy. Product leadership means deciding where to invest, what to leave behind, and creating enough clarity for teams to make good decisions without constant escalation.

Engagement can be useful. Shipping can be necessary. Neither tells us whether we've created meaningful value. I care about the behavior, business, and customer outcomes underneath the metrics.
